Falcon Rowing Club

Built on a floodplain the structure is raised up on stilts, with the entire ground level used for boat storage and facilities. This area is gated for security, but entirely open to the elements. On the upper floor, the design has a club house, gym, changing rooms and a bar / cafe. The layout is single aspect with large dramatic windows to the front to frame the river views and watch the rowing.
